Overview
Kapow is a Solana memecoin launchpad on Raydium LaunchLab. Every coin launches paired with a real backing asset — a tokenized stock, a pre-IPO name, a privacy or leveraged token, or plain SOL / USDC.
Coins start on a bonding curve near a $20k market cap with a 1,000,000,000 supply and no mint or freeze authority. Around $150k they graduate to a locked Raydium CPMM pool.
Trading
You trade with SOL. On a buy, the app routes SOL → paired asset → coin in one transaction; on a sell it does the reverse. You never have to hold the backing asset.
Before graduation, trades run against the LaunchLab bonding curve. After graduation they run against the Raydium CPMM pool.
Fees
Creators pick a trading fee per coin: 1%, 2% or 2.5%. The split is the same before and after graduation.
15% to holders (paired asset, pro-rata) · 5% to the creator (paired asset) · 35% to buy and burn $KAP · 35% to traders (USDC, by volume) · 10% to treasury.
A cycle bot claims the accrued Raydium fees and distributes them every few minutes. Anyone can also trigger a cycle from a coin page.
Rewards
Holders above a minimum balance are paid in the paired asset, pro-rata to their holdings; dust carries to the next cycle. Sold before a payout? Your share returns to the holder pool.
Traders receive a continuous USDC airdrop, pro-rata by their volume since the last cycle, sent straight to their wallet.
The flagship share across all coins aggregates into SOL, buys $KAP and burns it on-chain, gradually and price-guarded.
Vamp tax
Tickers are 1 to 10 letters or numbers. The first coin on a ticker pays no tax. The first vamp pays 0.10 SOL and each later vamp pays 1.5 times the last, capped at 2 SOL. The tax goes to the treasury and is part of the launch transaction, so it cannot be skipped.
Risk
Tokenized-stock issuers can pause, freeze or seize tokens. Some paired assets charge a transfer fee. Leveraged tokens can lose value fast.
Only assets with a live Raydium pool are enabled. If a paired asset has no SOL or USDC pool yet, its buyback and airdrop share is held in the vault until one exists.
